Recently named Rolling Stone's "Band to Watch" and called "Pittsburgh's Hottest Band" by Microsoft Windows, Lovebettie's rock-pop neo-soul hybrid (deemed "Swagger Rock") has landed the band an onslaught of media exposure, radio circulation, and a resounding buzz within the music industry.

Relentlessly touring throughout the United States, Lovebettie's persistent drive and tireless work ethic has evolved the band from a local favorite to a national success story.  They have shared bills with multitudes of national acts including: Lifehouse, Hinder, 311, Carly Rae Jepsen, The Joy Formidable, Fuel, Hanson, Rick Springfield, Imagine Dragons, and many more.  In 2010 Lovebettie performed The Official Lady Gaga Afterparty for her Monsters Ball Tour, and were personally selected by Jon Bon Jovi as one of three bands to contend for a tour opening spot.

In 2011, Lovebettie released The Red Door EP, produced by notorious producer Jim Wirt (Incubus, Fiona Apple, Hoobastank).  The CD was well received by fans and media alike, and slingshotted the band into the national spotlight.

In 2012, Lovebettie performed 3 US tours and 7 showcases during South By Southwest.  They were offered a main stage slot on The World's Largest Music Festival, Summerfest in Milwaukee.  During their performance, the audience voted Lovebettie to win the title of Emerging Artist for the festival.  The band also performed Van's Warped Tour 2012 in Pittsburgh, as well as a multitude of music conferences, including Driven Florida, LAUNCH, MMC, and DBMC.

In 2013, Lovebettie released their brand new CD, RISE, to critical acclaim and via an overwhelmingly successful crowd source funding campaign.  They took the new music on the road with hundreds of shows including The Work Hard, Play Harder Tour to support the new CD.  Lovebettie quickly became more of an event band and a majority of performances became large festivals, casinos, colleges, sporting events, and the top venues throughout the United States (Ie. Rams Head Live, World Café Live, Warped Tour 2013, Bottle & Cork w/ Rusted Root, and a returning direct support main stage slot for Rick Springfield at Summerfest).  In this time, Lovebettie began conversations and showcases with several major labels and were named a "band to watch" by Rolling Stone.

This show is a cooperative presentation of Gable Music Ventures and Smyrna Opera House.
